SHIFT 24: A Day of Collaboration, Innovation & Positive Action

We’re looking back on a standout moment for Future Works—our first-ever manufacturer community day, SHIFT 24. It was a chance to bring our partners together for a day full of inspiration, collaboration and meaningful action.

SHIFT 24 was about uniting the brilliant minds driving the future of the furniture industry, all with a shared goal of making a real impact. The day was packed with workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and networking sessions—all focused on advancing sustainability, strengthening connections and tackling the industry’s most pressing challenges.

We were thrilled to see so many passionate, forward-thinking manufacturers come together to share ideas and insights. A huge thank you to our workshop hosts and the suppliers who generously shared their time and expertise.

Of course, no day of learning is complete without good food and drink to keep the energy flowing.
